Captain Matt is a seasoned seafarer and maritime expert. As the founder of Destin Private Yachts and Tiki International, he has etched his name as a prominent figure in the industry. Holding a Master Captains License, Matt's journey as a boat owner and operator spans 35 years. His experience on vessels range from 26' open fishing boats to 75' motoryachts, showcasing his versatility and profound understanding of watercraft.
While Captain Al has been visiting and living in the Destin area for the past 43 years, he has captained and navigated the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the Eastern Seaboard of the United States, the Caribbean Sea, and all throughout the Bahamas. Captain Al knows the best local places to eat and drink and his legendary stories of Destin date back to the '80s and '90s.
A lifelong boater, Captain Sean grew up on the beach and water on an island in Washington State. After spending his childhood recreationally boating, he turned his love of the water into a 29-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard. From Alaska to Central America, across all five Great Lakes, and down to the Gulf Coast, he has spent his life dedicated to becoming a professional mariner and expert ship handler. After retiring with a distinguished service record, Captain Sean now enjoys sharing is knowledge and love for the water as a private boat captain ensuring his clients have an enjoyable and safe experience during their time on the water.
After vacation in Destin for more than 12 years, Captain Wendi decided to make the move permanent 11 years ago. Outside of yachting, Wendi is heavily involved with beach clean-ups, marine life, scuba, snorkeling and everything water related As an active social media user, Wendi loves capturing photos and videos of her charters — "It’d be my pleasure to captain your special occasion and create great memories!"
